Household Series Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made on Assistire. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.
To return an item, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached. You will also need to provide the original receipt.
We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or washed.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of your purchase and let us know that you would like to return the item.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Please ship the item back to us at the address provided on the return shipping label.
- Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account.

Exceptions
There are a few exceptions to our refund policy. We do not offer refunds for:
